khv8 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Nature of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the khv8 platform and the user. Accessing, browsing, or using any service on the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. In addition to these terms, the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply.

1.2 Definitions

• "Account" refers to a user's personal registered profile on the platform.

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus is applicable only once and is available for one account, one device, and one payment method.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

• The time limit to meet the wagering requirement is 30 days from the date the bonus is issued.
• If the requirement is not met within the time limit, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• The maximum bet limit per round is 10% of the deposit or ৳500, whichever is lower.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A new bonus cannot be accepted while another bonus is active.

5.4 VIP Program

The khv8 VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

There is an opportunity to move up to a higher tier based on regular betting activity. Inactivity may result in a tier reduction.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will be considered finally accepted when a confirmation message is received from the platform and the relevant amount has been deducted from the account. The platform reserves the right to cancel bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

• A bet cannot be changed or cancelled after it has been placed.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds may change in live betting due to delays.
• BPL, T20, IPL, and ICC tournaments may have specific rules.
• Official results will be used to determine outcomes.
